Microanalytics

For a reliable quality control of our micro parts we use analytic tools which are capable to analyse structures in the nanometer range. We use scanning electron microscopy (SEM) combined with electron despersive x-ray analysis (EDX) and scanning probe microscopy (SPM / STM).

Microassembly

Microtechnological elements can rarely be used as stand alone products. Often the fabrication of the parts is followed by the microassembly into groups, microsystems or handling units. We apply our extensive know-how of manual, semi as well as full automatic microassembly processes both for internal assembly tasks and assembly services on demand of our clients.

Waferstock

For many complex microparts we use SOI-wafer (Silicon on Insulator) as raw material for the production process. The SOI-wafer we do not need we offer for sale. For the specifications of our current stock please contact us.
