In addition to the standard processes of micro system technology like lithography, chemical and physical etching processes and different deposition methods, Micromotive's technological focus is on the fields of SU-8-Technology, the fabrication of microtips, three dimensional silicon structures, the fabrication of ultra flat structures and the assembly of smallest parts. Combining these methods we create the optimal fabrication process for the microtechnological component of our client.
